Public forms
Two types: a general registration form and a per-project signature form.
General registration
New people register here. Their data is saved and they will be auto-identified in any future project by entering their ID number.

Each project has its own form. Enter ID to be auto-identified. Sign to confirm aid received.

👥 Family status categories
Add, edit, or remove the options shown in the "Family status" dropdown when editing a person -- like Single parent, Pensioner, Couple, etc. Changes apply immediately, everywhere, without needing a code update.
📋 Sign form: eligibility status (סטטוס לקבלה)
Options shown in the "סטטוס לקבלה" dropdown on the public sign form (sign.html) -- why someone qualifies for aid. Changes apply immediately. "אחר" (Other, with a required Hebrew-only "specify" field) is always shown last and can't be removed.
💑 Sign form: marital status (מצב משפחתי)
Options shown in the "מצב משפחתי" dropdown on the public sign form (sign.html), next to number of children. Changes apply immediately.
🏷️ Origin / List categories
Tag beneficiaries by where they came from — e.g. "Local", "Emergency Kits — Foundation X, City Y", "Camps — visitors, one-time". Use this to keep people you're only helping occasionally or on behalf of another foundation separate from your regular list, without needing a separate database. Filter or export by tag from People.
📆 Monthly recurring projects
For projects like Food Basket, open the project → Beneficiaries → By Month to browse any month. From there you can copy a sign link locked to that exact month (for someone catching up on a missed month), and track bags received vs. remaining to distribute for the month you're viewing. See the ? help button on the Workspace page for the full walkthrough. To make a new project recurring monthly, set its recurrence type when creating it (or from the project's Info & link tab afterward).
🔗 Share view-only link
To let a partner foundation or volunteer see one project's beneficiary list without giving them an AidBase account: open the project → Beneficiaries → ⋯ → Share view-only link. You choose which columns they can see (name, phone, address, status, etc.), optionally set an expiration, and can revoke access at any time — it takes effect immediately. They only ever see that one project, read-only, with no login and no editing.
💳 Payment methods
Add, rename, or remove the options offered in "Payment method" (used in Camps). Shared across every project that uses it -- changes apply immediately.
🧪 Experimental features
Off by default. Turn these on if your team wants to try them -- each one only changes something for people who explicitly enable it here.
🏷️ Text & labels
Rename fixed text shown across the app -- button labels, column headers, status names -- without needing a code change. Leave a field blank to use the default shown as its placeholder.
🔀 Sort dropdown options
Choose which "Sort" criteria show up in the Beneficiaries table's Sort dropdown -- separately for each project. "Sort: Default" always stays available.
🕀 Pesach registration form
Edit the texts and options shown on the Pesach registration form.
🏕️ Negev Camp registration form
Edit the key details shown on the Negev Camp registration form (negev-camp.html) -- camp name, dates, payment deadline, and prices. Saved changes appear on the live public form right away.
Changing a price here also updates that price's payment link automatically -- no need to edit links separately.
⚠️ Camp name appears inside the parents' legal consent text on the form. Changing it updates those sentences too -- double check the live form after saving.

⭐ Required — The person must fill this field. If empty, they can't submit the form.
🔢 Numbers only — Only digits are allowed (0–9). Good for ID number, phone, etc.
🔤 Letters only — Only letters allowed. Good for names.
📏 Min digits — The minimum number of characters required. Example: ID must be at least 9 digits.
📏 Max digits — The maximum number of characters allowed.
💬 Error message — What the person sees if they fill it wrong. If empty, a default message is shown.
Example: ID field → Required ✓, Numbers only ✓, Min 9, Max 9 → "ID must be exactly 9 digits"
